A full body workout using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and stability balls followed by an abdominal workout.
Silver Sneakers
Monday and Wednesday 10:00 am - 10:45 am
An introductory fitness class designed to increase muscular strength and range of motionwith the use of hand-held weights and exercise balls. Chairs are used for seated/standing support.
Total Body Blast
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
A challenging mix of cardio moves and strength training for the entire body.
Cycling
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 am - 6:45 am
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:15 am - 9:00 am
Monday: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Join us for a real-road experience without the outdoor elements. Intense and energetic!
Cardio Pump
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 am - 9:15 am
A moderate combination of strength, cardio and core work.
Yoga
Monday & Wednesday: 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm
Exercises designed to ease tension, tone muscles, and improve flexibility and breathing.
