INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Establish a personal training regimen or fitness program customized to your needs. Lose weight, gain strength, tone muscles, increase speed and agility, train for an athletic event — whatever your wellness needs are, our Wellness staff will provide consultation and one-on-one training to help in reaching your goals!
Personal Fitness Program (PFP):
$30 (full member)
$10 when scheduled within your first month of membership
A 12-week program designed specifically for you. Your fitness level will be assessed by a YMCA Certified Fitness Professional through a series of simple tests to evaluate cardiovascular endurance, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and body fat percentage. Your fitness professional will design your program and meet with you 4 additional times. Assessment will be performed again at the end of the 12 weeks.
Additional PFP: $30 (members)
Assessments only: $20 (members)
Body Fat Analysis only: $5 (members)
Teen Fitness Program:
$10 (members)
A 12-week program designed specifically for teens. Your fitness professional will evaluate your needs and goals and establish an appropriate and safe workout regimen. Your fitness professional will meet with you a minimum of 4 times.
Personal Training (youth, teen, and adult)
$15/hour (full members)
One-on-one personal training with a fitness professional. Intense sport-specific or event-specific training.
