PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAMS

Establish a personal training regimen or fitness program customized to your needs. Lose weight, gain strength, tone muscles, increase speed and agility, train for an athletic event — whatever your wellness needs are, our Wellness staff will provide consultation and one-on-one training to help in reaching your goals!
*Due to safety and liability issues with insurance, EVERYONE UNDER 16 must go through a fitness orientaion, have a signed permission slip, and wear a red wristband at all times in teh Wellness Center and Weight Room.
Personal FitChecks **NEW**
Scheduling regular check-ins with a swllness trainer will keep you motivated and on track! Ask the Wellness Staff for more details and options.

YMCA Fitness Orientation: $10
A YMCA Certified Fitness Professional will demonstrate the equipment, rules, and safety precautions for the wellness center and weight room. *Includes a personal fitness program workout!
Personal Fitness Workout: $10
An individualized workout program designed specifically for you. A YMCA Certified Fitness Professional will work with you for a session to get you started on your own workout. Your YMCA Professional will then prepare a new workout for you that is ready to go the next time you come in to workout.
Personal Fitness Assessment: $10
A YMCA Certified Fitness Professional will assess your fitness level through heart rate and blood pressure screenings. Also, your choice of body fat % and/or body measurements are included.
Personal Fitness Package: $15
Includes BOTH Personal fitness assessment and workout.
