Silver Sneakers is a program for those 55 years of age and older who may be eligible for a YMCA membership paid through their insurance company.

Those who qualify receive full YMCA membership benefits and can attend both of our Silver Sneaker specific classes: Silver Sneakers or Silver Splash.
