CREDIT/REFUND POLICY

Membership cancellations made PRIOR to an appointment, class, or program will be assessed a $5 service fee.
Membership cancellations made DURING the first week of a program/class will receive 50% credit.
Membership cancellations made AFTER the first week of a program/class will not receive a credit or refund.
If the YMCA cancels a program, program fees will be credited or refunded in FULL.
Membership cancellations must be made in person by the 15th of the month PRIOR to the month you wish to cancel.
Membership fees are NOT refundable.
